Donations

We would also like to take this opportunity to advise that the National Indigenous Culinary Institute Limited has recently received endorsement as a deductible gift recipient by the Australian Taxation Office, making all gift donations over $2 tax deductible.

We welcome each and every donation.  Your donation will contribute to the development of highly skilled Indigenous chefs who will be role models and leaders for up and coming Indigenous trainees.  For example,

$500 will cover the cost of knife skills training which will provide one Indigenous trainee chef with the basic skills essential for their progression through the program

$1,000 will provide the uniform kit for one Indigenous trainee chef including their knife kit which is essential to success in the program
